General Return Policy

If customers wish to return products for non-quality-related reasons, the return period for items sold by MOKO SMART is 7 days from the date of delivery. Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mokosmart.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. All returns must be in their original mint and clean condition. Returns of products that are damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise tampered with will not be accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the receipt and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Reimbursement will be denied for any product that does not meet the aforementioned conditions.

If the shipment is returned due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to pay import duties/taxes), the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the return shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact cost will depend on the courier service you choose.

However, if the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, product damaged upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered by a warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and functionality under normal use. If defects in materials or functionality are found during the warranty period, we will offer corresponding free maintenance services within a reasonable range or replace the product free of charge. The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fees.

Warranty Exclusions

  1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
  2. Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
  3. Battery expiration.
  4. Water damage, breakage, or damage caused by human activities.
  5. Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, lightning, or earthquakes.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Fill out a questionnaire explaining the product issue.
  3. Our engineers will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as described above. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data.
